Project Kick-off Meeting

The kick-off meeting marked the official start of the project, bringing together all participating intsitutions to review the current status of ongoing activities. Each partner presented the progress achieved to date, as several research tasks had already been initiated prior to the meeting.

The meeting also focused on coordinating logistical aspects, aligning timelines, and establishing communication and collaboration procedures. This initial coordination ensured a shared undestanding of the project's starting point and supported the effective implementation of the next research phases.
